These terms and conditions apply when purchasing goods from the Online Store.
The prices of the products sold in the Online Store are indicated next to the products. A delivery fee is added to the price of the goods. All prices for goods in the Online Store are in euros.
The delivery fee depends on the buyer’s location and the chosen delivery method. The delivery fee is displayed to the buyer during the checkout process.
Information about the goods is provided directly next to each product in the Online Store.
Placing an Order
To order goods, the desired products must be added to the shopping cart. To finalize the order, the required data fields must be filled in and a suitable delivery method selected. The total amount payable will then be displayed on the screen, and it can be paid securely using the following payment methods:

NB! When paying via bank link, please make sure to click “Tagasi kaupmehe juurde” (“Return to merchant”) on the bank page.

If the ordered goods cannot be delivered due to being out of stock or for any other reason, the buyer will be notified as soon as possible, and the paid amount (including delivery costs) will be refunded without delay, but no later than within 14 days from sending the notification.
Delivery
Goods are shipped to the following countries: Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Finland.
The buyer can choose from the following delivery options:
Omniva parcel machine
SmartPost parcel machine
Venipak parcel machine
The delivery costs are covered by the buyer, and the relevant pricing information is displayed next to the selected delivery method.
Domestic deliveries in Estonia generally reach the destination specified by the buyer within 3 (three) to 7 (seven) working days from the entry into force of the sales contract. Deliveries outside Estonia take up to 30 (thirty) calendar days.
In exceptional cases, delivery may take up to 45 calendar days.
Right of Withdrawal
After receiving the order, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded in the Online Store within 14 days.
The right of withdrawal does not apply if the buyer is a legal entity.
To use the 14-day right of withdrawal, the ordered goods may not be used in any way other than what is necessary to verify the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods, similarly to what is allowed when testing the goods in a physical store.
If the goods have been used more extensively than necessary for checking their nature, characteristics, and functioning, or if there are signs of use or wear, the Online Store has the right to reduce the amount refunded according to the decrease in the value of the goods.
To return the goods, the buyer must submit a withdrawal application, the form of which can be found here:
Withdrawal Form
and send it to the email address oksana@zeiderkeraamika.ee no later than 14 days after receiving the goods.
The buyer must return the goods within 14 days of submitting the withdrawal application or provide proof that the goods were handed over to the carrier within that period.
Upon receiving the returned goods, the Online Store refunds the buyer without delay, but no later than 14 days from the receipt of the withdrawal application, all fees received under the contract.
The Online Store may withhold the refund until the returned goods have been received or until the buyer has provided proof of having sent the goods back, whichever occurs first.
If the buyer has expressly chosen a delivery method that differs from the cheapest standard method offered by the Online Store, the Online Store is not required to refund the cost that exceeds the standard delivery fee.
The Online Store has the right to withdraw from the sales transaction and demand the return of the goods if the price of the goods in the Online Store was mistakenly listed significantly below the market value.
Right to Submit a Complaint
The Online Store is liable for non-compliance with the terms of the contract or defects in the goods sold, which existed at the time of delivery and become apparent within two years from the date of delivery to the buyer. Within one year from delivery, it is presumed that the defect existed at the time of delivery; it is the Online Store’s responsibility to rebut this presumption.
In case a defect appears, the buyer must notify the Online Store within two months by sending an email to oksana@zeiderkeraamika.ee or calling +372 5078552.
The Online Store is not liable for defects that arise after the goods have been delivered to the buyer.
If the goods purchased from the Online Store have defects for which the Online Store is responsible, the seller will repair or replace the defective goods. If the goods cannot be repaired or replaced, the Online Store will refund all fees paid under the sales contract.
The Online Store will respond to consumer complaints in writing or in a form allowing written reproduction within 15 days.
Direct Marketing and Processing of Personal Data
The Online Store uses the buyer’s personal data solely for processing the order and delivering the goods. For delivery purposes, personal data is forwarded to the logistics service providers.
The Online Store sends newsletters and offers to the buyer’s email address only if the buyer has expressed a wish to receive such communications by entering their email address and confirming consent to direct marketing.
The buyer may unsubscribe from newsletters and offers at any time by notifying us via email or by following the instructions included in the marketing email.
Dispute Resolution
